Shop software for the counter, the shelf and the day close.
92health runs a shop's counter: bills in tabs scanned by barcode, discounts within each person's limit, cash, UPI and card on one bill, stock by batch and expiry, purchase orders to suppliers, and the day closed against the drawer.
Each step is a screen built for the person doing it. Scroll through them in the order the day runs.

Every bill a tab, scanned in
Each bill in progress is a tab any counter can pick up, and a barcode scan puts the item on it. A service or a one-off charge is a line of its own. A bill is paid in cash, UPI or card, or split across them, and names the salesperson who made the sale.
Each product carries its variants, a barcode, its HSN code and GST rate, and the price with GST inside it. A medicine also carries its manufacturer, schedule and composition. The cost price shows only to staff allowed to see it, and a barcode label prints for the shelf.
Stock is added by scanning, and a barcode the shop has not seen before is linked to a product or starts a new one. Items with a batch sell earliest expiry first. Low stock is flagged at the reorder level you set, and batches expiring within 90 days are listed.
Suppliers and their purchase orders are kept together: an order is drafted, placed and received. Goods received go straight into stock with the batch, expiry and cost on each line.
Petty cash spent at the till is entered against the day, and a paid bill's items can be taken back onto the shelf within the window the shop sets. At closing, the counted cash, UPI and card are set against what the bills say, and the day sheet prints as a PDF.
Collections by day or by month, the GST on bills split into CGST, SGST and IGST, takings by payment mode, sales by salesperson and the products that sold most. Collections and the bill register download as CSV.
A discount past the limit waits for the owner, and so does a change to a paid bill.
Counter staff, managers and owners each have their own discount limit, as a share of the bill. A larger discount waits in the approvals queue, and the bill cannot be paid until it is decided.
Changing a bill's quantities or voiding it goes through approval too, and an approved edit is issued as a new bill under a new number, with the old one voided beside it.
Separate limits for counter staff, managers and owners
Edits and voids through approval, never in place
Write-offs for damaged, expired or lost stock approved by a manager
Can a shop inside our clinic use the clinic's patient list?
Yes. The counter finds the clinic's patients by name, phone or UID, and a walk-in can be registered into the clinic's list from the shop. The shop can also send its bills to the clinic's reception to be collected with the consult.
Does it print a GST invoice?
Each bill prints as an A4 GST tax invoice with its HSN codes, and on an 80mm roll where the shop prints receipts. A shop that does not charge GST turns it off in its settings.
Can staff give discounts?
Up to the limit the shop sets for staff, managers and owners. A larger discount waits in the approvals queue, and the bill cannot be paid until it is decided.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually within a week. We set up the shop, the staff, the products and the opening stock with your team, and train the counter staff in a few hours.
